How can I convince my mom to let me take cyberschool?

I'm in 9th grade and i hate it. I'm being bullied and getting to a point where i'm having psychological breakdowns and i'm just miserable in general. Everytime I talk to her about it, she likes " oh, i'll look into it, give it a month and i'll decide" she's been telling me this for the past two years. what should i do
