WHat do I do? Help? Should I text good night?

I have been talking to that girl for a week. She clearly is interested. I think I made a big mistake today by telling her that my ex was helping me packing my stuff for I am moving. She didnt reply to my last text, she always text back. Also, we wish each other good night every night, should I still text her good night tonight or no? Do you think she is mad at the fact I was with my ex? What is wrong with me?
