Does anyone else think Pandora Radio should merge with XM Sirius to run the program via satellite? Save channe?

Does anyone else think Pandora Radio should merge with XM Sirius to run the program via satellite? Save channels by way of smart phone or PC through the internet then transmit/sync your favorite stations through your satellite connection from XM Siruius. The main issue I find with Pandora is signal dropout (freezing) which would never be an issue with satellite. A win win if you ask me
