Will this routine make my inner thighs smaller?
Stretching and warming up the area (general stretching like touching your etc.) lunges, squats, wall sits, jumping jacks cool down stretching. I'm doing other workouts to but these are just the thigh centered ones. Also I do 2 hours of cardio a day. I don't want them to get big and muscular only thinner.
