What is the best tattoo parlor in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada?

There is several places in my town such as Planet Ink, Silver Line Tattoo, Future Skin and many others. How do you go upon picking which one is more professional and would do the better job overall? Ive read many good reviews on Silver Line tattoo but not 100% sure about how to go upon this. Thanks!
