Who will you save from drowning?

If man and woman both are drowning in the rough sea--- A man is your only sister's ldearest husband and woman is your dearest love lady-wife....You draw near them where they are drowning-about to die, you have an option to save only one person at a time ( in any way).. Who will you save and Why?
