Iphone app to track time on jobs?

The App Store is flooded with apps and little info to help make your decision so I was hoping that someone else might have found the app I'm looking for. I'm a maintenance technician at a warehouse and we've started filling out time sheets for each call we respond to. There are no invoices involved just what machine did we work on, start time, stop time, what the problem was and what we did to fix it. Is there a simple app that does this? I've tried "Hours Keeper" and I can somewhat use it out of context to do what I need, but I would like something more suited. Thanks in advance.
