after getting a pimple on my top lips it grew twice the size of my bottom lip and wont go down is this normal?

i got a pimple that was mainly underneath the skin it i tried to pop it but it was very painful first my lip swelled a little bit but i thought nothing of it. So i left it alone and went to sleep only to wake up with it grown double the size it was and ice wont bring the swelling down...is it the pimple or should i seek medical attention because my lips is huge its messing up the way i talk. I don't know what could be wrong i was fine yesterday.
