Spots on my face!!!!!!!!!!!:( :(?

Please help me i have been asking this question for a long time but no answer works. School is starting on wednesday and am freakin out because my face is covered in spots and its horrible nothing is working and i have black circles around my eyes which makes it worse. How can i get rid off the tiny spots especially on my nose like really quickly i dont mind if it takes a week????? Any home remedies that are easy and simple?? please please please answer my question thanks
