any xperience holder with pinhole phismosis?

i m suffering from pinhole phismosis from last 4 year and i came to know about it now.... so i want to ask u that what should i do now.... the inner part of foreskin is making a ring which is very small to cover the frenulum breve.... should i do stretching????will it cure my pinhole???? or i should leave it as it is.... but will i be able to have intercourse easily???? plzz tell me i m so confused.....plzzz help me.... if u r personal xperienced then plzz tell meee what to do??????
