Do you recommend "dream feeds" for babies?

I was thinking of giving my baby a dream feed tonight at 10pm, his last feed was 5:45pm and its 9:25pm. I read it in a book, so do you recommend it? Also, I am BF so how am I meant to feed my son when he is sleeping?
