How to add release info on Wiki pages?

I'm trying to edit a wiki page (not on Wikipedia) where I'm trying to add a movie premier info (not stating what movie), and in the edit code it puts you in it has a table and along the lines it had |usprem= "then release date". When I try to do the same thing, it doesn't display the info for the release date I have for another country. So how do I add/display this info on the page?
