Question #10250187

Can you be tried for murder/manslaughter more than once?

If someone is charged with murder or manslaughter and is acquitted, but say... They go out and commit the same crime again to someone else, can they be charged with the same crime? I was telling people you can because is a different person you are committing the crime against, but others disagree, and I'm not 100% sure, so I gotta ask.
