Tips on getting cut in the gym?
I'm 5'9 and 3 quarters without shoes I'm about 143 lbs, well I really want to get CUT , I have about 13% body fat last time I checked, I have a membership at 24 hour fitness but I have no steady workout schedule, I want to work out SMART as possible , so please help me out! Also I'm 16
