How soon can you get pregnant after giving birth?

I had a super easy delivery. No tearing, everything healed pretty quick. My daughter is just 3 weeks old and my bf and I slept together for the first time since she was born. We are such idiots. So used to sleeping together without protection during pregnancy... We didn't use anything. And I'm freaking out
