Tips at restaurant. Do you leave tips for the waiters, when you are charged extra 10% for the service charge?

on top of your food bills? Recently in a posh restaurant, they added on my food bills, 15% VAT, and 10% service charge (=25%). So, I paid the bill by didn't paid any tips to the waiters. Did I do any wrong?
