How do i get rid of a rash on my inner thigh?

Yesterday i was playing ultimate frisbee for 3 hours straight and got extremly sweatly. After practice i felt alittle bit of burning on my inner thigh. When i looked at it i noticed small red dots. They dont itch but kinda burn when my thighs touch together. I put cream on it over night but didnt seem to do anything. Help anyone?
