Can you name this film?

I watched a film when I was about 5 years old (about 20 years ago) and I have no idea what it was, but it scared me so much that i'd like to see it again. All I remember was it was about rabies, and there was a scene where a man and woman were at a bus stop, and the woman suddenly bit the man. Can anyone tell me what movie this is?
