Is this temporary or last forever?

Everything feels so dull and sometimes even feel like if its really there or i am just seeing things.. Like if my mom is standing in front of me i feel confused if she is really present there ?? There r more stupid feelings i am suffering from.. When i see other people i feel like how they stay that fresh .... This feeling sometimes increase too much that i feel like my life is over and sometimes mild enough to be ignored is this temporary or i have to live my rest of the life with it? Bdw my age is 13 and i am a boy..
