How to avoid awkward situations at work?

A girl and I were interested in each other for awhile but some bad **** went down. I still care about her a lot and forgave her but we work together and I'm not quite ready to go back to the way we were. Normally we joke around at work, but how can I talk to her without ignoring her and how do I get her to know she hurt me?
