Terrible eating habit, need advice?
I have a habit of eating a lot, its like I stop caring, and I eat until everything is gone, and at the end of it I feel disgusting. I feel like it might be psychological, but I also feel like its a habit as well. I've always had this problem, I lost aloooot of weight about two years ago but I gained it back because of this habit, and I can't seem to get rid of it. I started working out again but, I know that if I don't change my eating habits, it won't work out maybe I'll lose some weight but I'll probably gain it back. Any advice how to overcome this habit, maybe some of you experienced the same? Thanks in advance.
