Whats better than BenGay or IcyHot for Muscle/Bone pain?

I'm only 20 years old so i'm not dealing with any serious arthritis or anything i'm just looking for something that could numb the pain more in my elbow. I slipped and fell on my elbow about 6 months ago and I'm finding that IcyHot is becoming ineffective for this irratating bone/muscle pain i've had in my elbow for 6 months now. What could I find at my local drug store or grocery store that would be more effective?
