I need a good advise here pls i need help?
The last month i have been eating to much at my lunch.I was eating my meal and after the meal i was eating too many sweets(biscuits,chocolates,donuts etc) until i feel too bloated. After 2-3 hours i was going to the gym and i was doing 2-2:30 hours cardio to lose what i ate and then my weight lifting programme and for dinne i was eating almost nothing( 2 egg whites or even nothing just water) I think that my stomach is bigger now because i feel that i can eat more! What should i do to lose 2-3kg and make my stomach smaller? I am male 17 years old 1.77 height and 75kg
