How to remove STOPzilla completly from my computer?

I have STOPzilla POP-UP and I can't uninstall it. I keep on getting instructions on certain software that costs me cash and they're no good. Plus my "short-cut" option on the VISTA computer isn't working. I install a program and I try to access it and I get a unable to to use short cut. Can somebody help with this too?
