2000 Ford Ranger Front End squeaking?

I have a 2000 ford ranger with 114000 miles. For the past 6 - 7 months I've had a squeaking in the front end driver side. It's not 100% consisten...sometimes it's bad, sometimes it's nonexisting. When it is bad, it seems to happen more at low speeds. It gets loud when turning. I've noticed that if it gets bad, I can turn the car as far left as possible (as to make the car do a circle) the sound is lessened until the next time I drive it. Haven't noticed and other problems with steering or suspension. Any ideas? Greasing?
