Is my hair stained forever? How can I get the blue out?

I had naturally golden blonde hair. A couple months ago I started dyeing it with the fudge paintbox temporary colours. All have washed out to my natural colour completely in a matter of weeks, until I dyed my hair 3 weeks ago using a turquoise. By now it would have started to wash out, but it seems as if it has stained my hair. Is this possible? Will I have to Re dye my hair if it is stained, or will it slowly fade?
