I never rest. Is this bad?

I'm 19 years old; I'm in college Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) When I come home from school, I either cleaning or studying. On the weekends, I always have errands and plans, and I work on the weekends. I never seem to rest.....Is that bad??? Sorry if this is a dumb question!
