Math Word Problem Help? :(?

The length of a rectangular room is 6 feet longer than twice the width. If the rooms perimeter is 168 feet. What are the dimensions of the room? im using x=width I have to show my work and the equations of it. I figured out that the length is 2x+6 but that's all I have. All help is appreciated.
