Translation from Eng to French help?

Bonjour! I want to describe that someone has two hair buns. How could I say that? I googled a bit and saw that hair buns is "chignon de cheveux" but I'd like to be exact and correct on my translation so how could I translate "She has two hair buns." into French? Merci beaucoup en avance
