Could she possibly feel the same?

so there is this girl I like I am a girl also, and in the middle of summer I told her I liked her, and we haven't really talked since. But all of a sudden, she seems to look at me more like stare at me, and she smiles at me and yesterday she even winked. I think she's beautiful and could talk about her for ever but whenever I try to talk to her she is dragged away by her friends and I never get t say what I need to.
