Is my dog peeing blood??!!?

My 9years old chihuahua just peed out some red color urine, not bright not dark, just red. She been my house for a year and I never seen her having her period. But do you think its her period? Or bladder problems? She can control her bladder, and peeing and drinking normally, just that one time blood/redish urine, what happened??! :((
