Cerebral palsy-new symptoms?

I'm 16, and since 7th grade, I've noticed new symptoms popping up -twitching in my left shoulder. (really hurts!) Slight speech problems (usually on 2 or more syllable words. I've figured out that swearing stops it though.) -my arms start shaking for like 10 minutes for absolutely no reason. (that one freaks me out) Is it normal to develop new symptoms? & what could I do about it?
