Ladies, what is your favorite store for clothes shopping?

I'm looking to buy some new clothes, specifically shirts that are somewhere in between casual and dressy. Any suggestions as to where to look? I used to shop at Aeropostale and American Eagle and such but recently, I really just do not like anything that they have. I guess my style is changing.
