I have to drop someone due to short bench and peyton on a bye. help?

I have 5 starters on a bye and the only one i am thinking about dropping is brian hartline. i could drop: hartline mike turner dwayne bowe or I could leave a roster spot empty so i can keep all of them. should I drop hartline to pick up my qb for this week or should I keep him and leave a spot on my roster empty? currently I am 3-3 any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
