Birth control pill question!?

First let me tell you that I'm 16 and my periods are very heavy. Also i have acne problems and my doctor told me i have ovary cysts (i have lots of pain in the cramp area(but its not period cramp pain)). My doctor recommended birth control pills to me to help with the acne, pain in my stomach, and to lighten my flow. He recommended Estrostep FE i just wantto know if i can still have kids when im older and stop the pill. will it affect me in anyway when i stop taking the pill???
