Plan B Shorten Cycle Length?

Can Plan B Alter you cycle length? I Took it in Sept and my cycle came one day early (27 days) Then in October it also came one day early (27 days again) -Can it alter your cycle length -Took multiple pregnancy tests even doctor's ones and a blood test all negative.
