What's the best foundation for my skin/the best foundation you've used?

I have quite a lot of spots and redness on my skin, it can get quite oily and whatever foundation I use I have to use a LOT to make my skin look normal colour and sometimes it doesn't even cover the redness :( PLEASE help it's so irritating. Also the best powder because the powders I use also comes off through the oil and wearage (if that's even a word) Any help would be great thanks :)
