Is he hiding something if he blocks his girlfriend on Facebook?

This question is for my best friend not me I'm lesbian. My best friend I confronted him about this girl Emily that we saw posting on his walk he said nothing of it just roled his eyes. Earlier today I went to check his Facebook again only to find out he blocked me. I told my friend she says he blocked her too. And his excuse to blocking her is he "quit" Facebook he didn't block anyone he just doesn't use it anymore. I say bs.
