Swollen Lymph Nodes, and not ill, what do I do?

I'm 14 years old and when I woke up this morning, my armpit was in pain when I raised it, there was no swelling around it but then my left arm had a swollen one in between the Bicep and Triceps, there's no infection/disease at all? Help?
