I never got $500,000 in GTA Online? Has it come out yet?

So I got GTA for PS3 a week after it came out. The first day I signed up for the online version when it came out, I was unable to play. Now, I played for the first time in about 2 weeks. But I'm reading that gta is giving $500,000 in two installments, but I haven't yet gotten $250,000. Why is this? I even updated it before ever playing for today. Has it come out yet (the $250,000 money)?
