How much should I charge to rent my vacation rental house during the week of Christmas?

I have registered my house as a vacation rental on Airbnb, and someone has asked to reserve the house during the week of Christmas for nine days. The 4 bedroom house is located in an upscale neighborhood in the South Bay outside of Los Angeles. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean, a pool, gas BBQ and 10 minutes from freeway. There would be four guests. They want to know how much it would cost them. If they were staying on any other week but Christmas, the price would be around $3,000. Holidays are more expensive, so how much should I charge? What about a deposit, how much should I require?
