Is this a good picture?

You know how sometimes you think you've taken a good picture but you're still not 100% sure? Well, that's how I feel with this photo. Do y'all think it's good or not? (also the reason I'm wearing a lot of makeup is because I was playing around with a bunch of different Halloween looks)
