Good, none Hollywood, horror movies.?

Can people please recommend some good horror movies that are not too commercial. Have watched all of the well known ones and none of them are scary at all, so looking for recommendations from people who really know what a good horror movie is. Films I have enjoyed include Sinister, Ringu and The Grudge. Ones I did not like are the usual commercial rubbish including Saw, The Conjuring and Insidious. Thanks for any suggestions.
