My car keeps stalling.?

hey. I have a 1994 Honda EG Civic and when i bought it, it was all fine, ran perfect. after a few months, it started stalling randomly. like, when i had the clutch in and when i stopped, so pretty much when the revs were low, but also while i was driving and without pressing the clutch, it will jolt and what not as if it's trying to stall but can't because the car's moving. I tried putting the revs up and that didnt work. I cleaned the carby, checked the fuel filter, fixed the choke (it was stuck half way) and a few other things, and it stopped for a few days, but now it's back to normal, always trying to stall on me. It only really happens once the cars warmed up and the fan isn't on, but i'm stumped for ideas. Can anyone help me?
