How can I tell if my pork is bad?

I bought pork for stew about four days ago and I left it in the refrigerator. I put it in a crock pot and most of it looks good but there are a few pieces that look like they have dark parts to them. Most of them look like good pieces of pork but is it bad if there are some pieces with a few dark patches to them? Please answer!
