How do i up my image/personality?

Idk im just tired of being the anti social guy that when talks people don't want to listen to or that guy that's not seen as by a girls as a guy they can see themselves with a relationship. If anything I do want to be friends with a girls but I don't want girls to see me as just a guy that they don't want to be relationship with
