Windows 8.1 unarc.dll error?

Helo friends I have got a serious problem with windows 8.1 enterprise activated.. whenever I install any of my games like crisis 3, nfs mw 2013, saints row 4, grid 2. m getting an error of unarc.dll error code 7?? I hav searched a lot but cant get any help.. no unarc.dll placing In syswow64 helped.. I have windows 8.1 enterprise x64.. i5, 8gb ram, 1tb hardisk, NVidia gtx 560 ti.. graphics drivers successfully updated to latest... thank u it was not with me on windows 8.. I have 180gb left on my system/installation drive.. can any one plz help me.. thank u..
