Can I get arrested for making a hate page on instagram?

Okay so I made a hate page on insta it's a joke tbh I think it's funny but it's all got out of hand everyones going mad abusing me and saying they will report me to the police and I'll get charged haha:((((( Would I actually though if one of the lil sh*ts rang them? it's not a racist page its just getting people pics n making up a funny, sick story or saying their ugly I keep logging out but I always go back on it omg its too much harhhahr
