What race should I put in standardize tests?

I'm 1/4 Inuit (native Alaskan/Indian) and 1/2 Dutch. My grandmother was full Inuit. And my father is full Dutch. My friends say I could put native Alaskan or Indian on standardized tests to have an advantage in scholarships etc. But is that really being accurate or should I just continue putting Caucasian?
