Bitlocker disappeared?

One day i was locking my drive with bitlocker. Two months later i want to install a os alongside windows 8 and bitlocker wasnt in the control panel anymore. How do i decrypt it (not unlock) now without bitlocker in the control panel? Does anyone have the control panel file or a utility to decrypt my drive?
